Compensation

Starting pay begins at minimum wage with increases after the probationary period based on performance and skill development.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to all clients
• Perform hardware and software repairs on desktops and laptops
• Conduct on-site service calls as needed
• Learn computer hardware diagnosis and repair techniques
• Windows operating system troubleshooting
• Virus removal and malware protection
• Data backup and recovery procedures
• Maintain proper repair documentation

Requirements

• Valid Oklahoma driver's license
• Own reliable vehicle
• Clean background check
• Basic computer and technology skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Problem-solving ability and willingness to learn
• Detail-oriented and reliable

Work Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday: 10am - 6pm. Saturday: 10am - 2pm (rotating schedule). Closed Sundays and major holidays.
