Compensation
Competitive pay based on experience. Full-time position with flexible unpaid time off available. Closed all major holidays.
Key Responsibilities
- Advanced diagnostics and troubleshooting of Windows desktops and laptops
- Network setup, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Server management and Active Directory administration
- Mentoring entry-level technicians
- Expert Windows 7, 10, and 11 troubleshooting and repair
- Hardware repair including full laptop tear-downs and motherboard replacements
- Virus removal, data backup, and drive cloning
- Provide remote desktop support as needed
- On-site repairs at customer locations (company vehicle provided)
Requirements
- 2+ years of IT experience in a work environment
- A+ certification preferred
- Valid driver's license
- Own reliable vehicle
- Consent to periodic background, driving, and drug screenings
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills
- Dependable and punctual
