While we were there, we noticed something important: the wireless network had **no security enabled**—anyone nearby could connect and use (or abuse) their internet.
We set up a strong WPA3 password, tested every device (phones, tablets, Roku, computers), and even checked the router’s connected-device list to confirm only authorized devices were present.
We also made sure the Vonage adapter was configured correctly so both home phones had clear dial tone again.
The best moment? Showing the customer everything working perfectly and explaining (in plain English) how all the pieces fit together. We took photos and detailed notes for their file so any future visit will be even faster.
