**We’re Hiring: Experienced Shop / Onsite Computer Technician (Tulsa, OK)**
**This is NOT an entry-level position – we need a proven pro!**
Fireytech has been Tulsa’s highest-rated computer repair and IT services company since 1997. We’re busier than ever and looking for one rock-solid technician to join our team.
**The Role: Shop + Onsite + Remote Support Technician**
You’ll spend most days in our clean, organized shop on 91st & Sheridan, but you’ll also go onsite to homes and businesses when needed, and handle remote sessions for our managed-service clients.
**You’re the right fit if you have real-world experience and can confidently say “yes” to all of these:**
- Deliver genuinely outstanding, patient, non-technical customer service every single time
- Break down complex issues into plain English for customers
- Write clear, thorough ticket notes (we actually read them!)
- Juggle 15–25 repairs at once without dropping balls
- Fully disassemble and reassemble any laptop or desktop (including ultrabooks, AIOs, gaming rigs) and make it look factory-new
- Diagnose and fix any Windows hardware or software problem quickly and correctly the first time
- Spot performance bottlenecks and make smart upgrade recommendations
- Order parts, track shipments, handle RMAs like a pro
- Work independently but also play well with the team
**A Typical day**
- Start at 8 AM, grab the next 3–5 tickets in the queue (first-in, first-out)
- Diagnose, repair, test, clean, update, and document
- Keep customers updated by phone/text/email at every stage
- Bench-test thoroughly using our checklists (no “it boots, ship it” here)
- Close tickets, build invoices, call customers for pickup
- Occasionally jump in the van for an onsite virus removal, network fix, or new PC setup
- End the day knowing every machine that left was fixed right and every customer was happy
**Hours of Operation**
- Monday – Friday 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday's 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Closed Sundays and all major holidays
**Pay & Benefits**
- Highly competitive hourly rate or salary based on experience and proven skills
