Fireytech is a small, locally-owned computer repair and IT service company in Tulsa, Oklahoma. We don’t run ads, sell data, or try to be “big tech.” We just fix computers and help small businesses.

#### 1. What Information Do We Collect?

- When you schedule service or contact us: name, email, phone, address (for on-site visits), and a description of your problem.

- Payment info: processed securely through Stripe or Square – we never store full credit card numbers.

- Automatically: IP address, browser type, and basic visit stats (via Google Analytics) so we can see if the website is working properly.

- Cookies: only basic session cookies (no tracking or advertising cookies).

We do **not** collect or store sensitive personal data unless you voluntarily give it to us during a repair (and even then we delete it as soon as the job is done).

#### 2. How Do We Use Your Information?

- To schedule and perform repairs

- To send appointment reminders or follow-up messages

- To invoice and process payment

- To improve our website and services

We will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

We only share information when absolutely necessary:

- With payment processors (Stripe/Square)

- With delivery services if we ship parts

- If required by law (e.g., subpoena)

- All online forms and payments use HTTPS encryption

- Customer data is stored on encrypted, access-controlled servers

- Physical records (if any) are kept in a locked office

No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable precautions and will notify you promptly if we ever discover a breach affecting your data.

- Access or delete your data: contact us anytime

- Opt out of emails/texts: reply STOP or click unsubscribe

- California residents: we do not sell your personal information (CCPA “do not sell” is automatic)

Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
