Fireytech is a small, locally-owned computer repair and IT service company in Tulsa, Oklahoma. We don't run ads, sell data, or try to be "big tech." We just fix computers and help small businesses.

1. What Information Do We Collect?

• When you schedule service or contact us: name, email, phone, address (for on-site visits), and a description of your problem.
• Payment info: processed securely through Stripe or Square - we never store full credit card numbers.
• Automatically: IP address, browser type, and basic visit stats (via Google Analytics) so we can see if the website is working properly.
• Cookies: only basic session cookies (no tracking or advertising cookies).

We do not collect or store sensitive personal data unless you voluntarily give it to us during a repair (and even then we delete it as soon as the job is done).

2. How Do We Use Your Information?

• To schedule and perform repairs
• To send appointment reminders or follow-up messages
• To invoice and process payment
• To improve our website and services

We will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Sharing Your Information

• With payment processors (Stripe/Square)
• With delivery services if we ship parts
• If required by law (e.g., subpoena)

4. Data Security

• All online forms and payments use HTTPS encryption
• Customer data is stored on encrypted, access-controlled servers
• Physical records (if any) are kept in a locked office

No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable precautions and will notify you promptly if we ever discover a breach affecting your data.

5. Your Rights & Choices

• Access or delete your data: contact us anytime
• Opt out of emails/texts: reply STOP or click unsubscribe
