We got same day service when our 16 computers started wacking out with some pc’s having internet and losing it and others never getting it . Kory with FireTech showed up, found the problem and fixed it in less than an hour! PLUS he gave us suggestions on how to avoid the crazy problem to start with. Glad we re-discovered FireyTech who we had used several times in the past. We cancelled our $120 Geek appointment and saved a bunch of $$$ and so glad we DID! I kinda wanted to keep FireyTech as a company secret but every company deserves to have a job done right and still be able to feed their family.
I am so impressed with Fireytech. For MONTHS, I tried to figure out what was going on with my laptop. My smart brother to try to figure it out…absolutely nothing worked. I was nervous taking it somewhere, didn’t want to pay a fortune. Fireytech fixed it within a few days for such a good price! I’m so relieved I didn’t have to buy a new laptop.
My harddrive went out and I was on a deadline because I use my laptop to pay bills. He had it done in two days for a very reasonable price. About a week later my computer would not turn on but he fixed it quickly at no additional cost (it was probably a Windows update issue). Very friendly and professional! Highly recommend and I would use them again if needed!
Solid place. Michael Firey is amazing at repairing computers. I took my computer in for a repair and it took him less than a day to determine the issue and fix it. The price was very reasonable as well. would go to him for any comp repairs
Mike was exceptional! I spent over three hours on the phone trying to get help with fixing out printer and he fixed it in less than an hour. I will recommend him to everyone!
I had a printer problem and contacted multiple people to try and get it fixed. Not one of the people I reached out to helped or even offered to come and take a look at the printer. I called Fireytech Monday and on Tuesday my printer is finally working. I wish I would have called Fireytech first and saved myself the headache. They got it done quick and best of all they did a great job. Save yourself some time and call Fireytech first you won’t regret it.

I just had a great service experience w/ Michael & William at Fireytech. First of all they understand how to listen. Not technically articulate or proficient in any way, they listened to the problems perplexing me and then went straight to the heart of the matter. The second thing i noticed was how kind and civil they are. Uncommonly so, a trait not often found today. These are nice guys. Michael made a couple of hardware replacement suggestions, William came out exactly on time to implement the integration. “Better than expected is a massive understatement !” These are fine fellows who can be trusted. 5-Star Vendor, Buy w/ Confidence !!!

Michael at Fireytech saved my bacon recently. Lightning took out my computer and I had no access to my working files for my current consulting project. He transferred my files from the drive I pulled from my machine to my portable USB drive and got me back in operation. I have decided to have him repair my computer with a used motherboard. Brought my computer in Tuesday morning and had it back Friday morning up and running for $50! I supplied my own replacement part. I tried to get it up and working myself and just couldn’t. Super professional, very educational. Michael and Cory are great, I’ll definitely be back for anything else I need done tech wise.

Great guy to work with
Michael came out to our house after we had been out of service with Cox for 2 months!!! Both computers and Vonage phones were out. We had already had countless service calls with Cox and several others spending as much as 12 hours trying to get us working. Michael spent less than an hour and had everything up and going! He showed us exactly what was wrong and how he fixed it. He’s our hero and permanent tech now. You absolutely can’t find someone more professional than this guy. Update: 5/1/20 They came out today and installed my new router. Got all our devices synced up and working. Once again, pleasant and professional. Nice to have our own IT guys!
This place went above and beyond fixing my computer. I was calling around to get price estimates when I found them online. When I called they had the best price and promised it would be done in a timely matter. They were leaving in two days for a job out of town so he took my computer home with him to fix. He then met me after hours so that I could get my computer back before he left town. EXCELLENT customer service! Thank you!

Fireytech Computer Repair save my day today, Mr. Michael Firey became my to go to computer repair, maintenance and network diagnosis and establishment professional as of today, because he knows what he is doing. I like his promptness, man of his word on time he certainly was. I like his professionalism, attack the complicated issues I had within my systems and knowledgeably repaired it. I like his time and cost estimation, he was certainly very reasonable. for your information this wasn’t my first rodeo with computers, their issues and network issues, I am almost seventy years of age and been working with computers for more than half of my age. my recommendation to you if you are having issues with computers, or network simple or difficult, call fireyteck and after your issues are solved you will be writing a review just like this but your own way.

They not only provide repairs and basic instructions, but when needed they buy my equipment. Never had a problem with their work. First class and repairs usually in my home.
